Somatics for Poly-Queers is a mutual support container for embodied exploration of attachment systems, access to choice and communication as polyamorous queers committed to liberatory love. We identify our desires, build awareness of stuck patterns, and create space for transformation inside ourselves and thusly our relationships.

We will use embodiment practices rooted in generative somatics lineage to learn to align our actions with our values.

Each participant will receive a discount code for two individual somatic sessions. These are intended as spaces to deepen into the details of your own process in ways that group practice doesn't have capacity for with our limited time.

This space is interactive. You can anticipate centering practices, pair practices and group reflection time. 

Each cohort is limited to six participants. Members of same polycule will be in separate cohorts. There is space below to indicate the names of people that you will not be placed in a group with.

Each cohort meets once a week foro six weeks on Zoom.

The next cohorts will run the week of March 23 through the week of April 27.

Somatics for Poly-Queers is a popular group! Rolling applications take the race out of "first-come-first-serve," make it more possible to curate groups of people that are exploring similar themes in their polyamory / non-monogamy journeys, and ensure that everyone has a chance to practice at some point. Unfortunately, I simply do not have capacity to work with everyone at once. So, we look to seasonal rotations.

Here is how it works:

Each season, I will look at the applicant pool to determine where there is overlapping applicant interest/needs and availability. Folks who have been on the waiting list longest will be prioritized in order to reduce wait times to the extent it is possible. Cohorts of six people will be curated based on this information. Invitations to join a practice group will go out six weeks before the start date.
