  • Somatic Enchantment is a politicized somatic practice group grounded in interspecies mentorship. We seek to transform ourselves and move towards collective liberation by deepening into our web of relations, where we encounter wisdom, inspiration and connection.

    Learnings emerge from a blend of somatic practices, mini-lectures, reflections, and interspecies relational tending. We consider how they may be applied in our selves, close relationships, communities and movements.

    This season, we will be students of seeds, who have much to share about the promise of survival.

    Space is limited to 12 participants.

  • Paradoxes of Presence is a mutual support container and experimental play space for anti-capitalist visionaries to be in embodied exploration of what becomes possible in our lives and work when we collectively slow down in pace and presence. Through an intentionally slow-release time capsule spanning half a year, we explore themes of embodied urgency, where it comes from, and the deep transformation of our reactive impulses and default behaviors. We center that we are more powerful together than we are alone.

    Paradoxes of Presence takes place on Zoom one Sunday a month for six months. This is not your average fatigue-inducing Zoom space! Expect consent-rooted invitations to move your body and voice in accordance with your desires and access needs, permission to be off-camera anytime, partner and small group activities and conversations, + frequent opportunities to observe and reflect on your real-time experiences. We share many body-wise practices that honor our agency and encourage our self-care throughout our time together. Across digital and geographic space, we playfully experiment in making connections that are juicy, energizing, rich, affirming, accepting, deep, and adaptable to however we each show up.

    Paradoxes of Presence is a bi-annual offering!

    We run two Solstice-to-Solstice cohorts. We are currently enrolling for the January - June cohort. There will also be a July - December cohort. Folks can participate in one or both. Each 6 months has its own unique content aligned with seasonal shifts as well as some cross-pollination and repetition that supports our transformation over time.

  • Somatics for Poly-Queers is a mutual support container for embodied exploration of attachment systems, access to choice and communication as polyamorous queers committed to liberatory love. We identify our desires, build awareness of stuck patterns, and create space for transformation inside ourselves and thusly our relationships.

    We will use embodiment practices rooted in generative somatics lineage to learn to align our actions with our values.

    Each participant will receive a discount code for two individual somatic sessions. These are intended as spaces to deepen into the details of your own process in ways that group practice doesn't have capacity for with our limited time.

    This space is interactive. You can anticipate centering practices, pair practices and group reflection time. 

    Each cohort is limited to six participants. Members of same polycule will be in separate cohorts. There is space below to indicate the names of people that you will not be placed in a group with.

  • Embodied Relations is an ecologically-inspired somatic practice space to support us in becoming the relations (i.e. relatives, or kin) we would like to embody within the larger web of relations that holds us. This is an emergent offering in that the group inspires the content. In this space, you will find an amalgamation of poetry, song, play, visualization, conversation, and movement practices.
